The staff was very nice and obliging. i enjoyed the excellent wifi. i received a free upgrade to a superior sea view room instead of the standard sea view. The room was spacious. the view of the pool and sea was pretty.
the a la carte restaurants were good, but i feel that these should be adult-only because there always seemed to be a crying baby or unruly toddler there. the setting and ambience were lovely though. i would have prefered more veggie options.

the room included fresh towels whenever i asked, lots of towels in the bathroom, and felt fairly spacious. the room was clean with a relaxing atmosphere. i especially enjoyed the fresh towels.

i experienced the most gentle care from the staff. they provided fresh towels daily. a wide variety of cocktails were available at the pool bar and i so much liked the cava cocktail bar with live music. the room also had a mini bar with drinks.
the bus service to the town was a bit irregular, i waited some extra time.

the staff here goes above and beyond, i have to say. from the front desk to the room service, everyone i met was kind and eager to help. i especially liked the senior staff at dinner, who made sure everything went smooth, and the cleaning lady, she always asked if i needed anything.
the air conditioning in the premium room weren't strong as i expected, i will say. even after reporting it, it never really got that cold. the shower cubicle were also smaller than i expected in a premium room, a bit uncomfortable.
